  We were referred to Kat from a family member who was extremely happy with the experience they had with the Rider Team. We bought our second home and had a much better experience using her than our first. She was extremely quick with responses and information on loan options, and unlike our other experiences with loan officers, working with her was easy, fun, and simple.
