      We finally own a home🏡 Thank you so much to Katrina Higgins’s for all her help and expertise. She really helped us a lot in many ways like choosing a house that is newly built and be in a community/ subdivision that we really like that is close proximity to our work place and kids school. We really love it. I remember that evening when Katrina Higgins announced to me after she followed up the builder that there’s one house that became available that time which was exactly what I wanted and waited for, a 4 bedroom and a 3 full bathroom wherein the first floor must have a bedroom and a full bath for my parents or guests. It was really a surprise to me knowing that it was not available by the time we inquire. I hurriedly made a reservation. Furthermore, she also helped me get a much lower interest rate. Katrina was really a blessing since I don’t know anybody in our area that I can easily trust. I am so proud of Katrina, she’s truly a Filipino with a heart. She will really remind and give updates and even offer to find us a surveyor, transporter etc...It really is a big help on our part especially that we’re so busy with work and kids. Great job Katrina! 👍👏That is the reason why I Strongly recommend her 💕 Again, thank you and most especially to our Lord, the Almighty Father.
