We are retired, our home is paid off and we wanted to take out a mortgage so we could be in a cash position when looking for a new home. Kay spent a lot of time talking with us to figure out exactly what we needed. She then got to work and found us the perfect loan at a great rate. She made the entire process easy and seamless. It was amazing how quickly she got everything set up and the loan closed. We never even had to leave home.
