      Great experience. Rates are very good and online banking is excellent. Some of the negative reviews are probably fake. I avoid the big banks as much as possible bc of their corruption.

      Our branch lobbies and drive-up lanes close at 6 pm during the week and 2 pm on Saturdays. Our Contact Center (847-741-3344) is open until 7 pm on weekdays and 2 pm on Saturdays.

      Horrible first experience with Customer Service at the window. I just moved to the area. I had $3000 cash to deposit and wanted to discuss opening accounts for my children. Representative was so abrasive I left the parkong lot and will never return.
