  They are such a good community bank that I think the one star reviewer must be referring to another bank altogether. I've been with this bank 20 years and everyone knows my name. When I call the bank with a problem they take care of me immediately. My whole family has accounts with them and they'll even call you if they notice something wrong. The tellers and manager are so welcoming and positive it's like taking a step back in time. Enjoy.

  This is not a community friendly bank, the tellers may be friendly and helpful, but their upper management is horrible, unsympathetic, and treats you like you're worthless when you need simple help. Will not be banking here in the future and definitely not referring anyone to do business here either.
