You know I used to love this bank....they were polite, good to work with and seemed fair. The ladies at the front desk in the Mandeville location are great, but I have to rate one star. I called to get info on a loan for a boat. The lady took my information and said she’d call me right back within an hour. I waited longer. I did get a call but she left instructions for me to call back. I called back....3 times and left messages. Wouldn’t you know it, no response. The next day....today, no call. I called them, of course no answer. Left another message for the lady to call me back.....no call. So this is the way business is done now huh..... Ding my credit to check it, take my info and not call me back. Update....I called again, I got in touch with the lady I was working with and next thing I know, I was hung up on......no call back!!!!! So, terrible service from loan officer.....Selena. Guess I’ll wait and see what happens..

Amist the Clovid outbreak I wanted to skip a payment due to being laid off as I am in the bar industry, these people want you to do a full application and credit check just to skip a 600 dollar payment one month. I'm disgusted and will do no furthur business with thiscompany.
