  The OS branch of KFCU is wonderful. There may only be a couple stalls open at the drive thru; but the tellers are polite, professional & quick!

  Once again a hellacious experience with this pathetic excuse for a bank. Hung up on 3 times when simply trying to get assistance with account. No professionalism. Discriminative. Openly rude and shameful displays of customer service. No concern or interest in actually assisting their customers, rather being treated outright despicably by members of this team. This is not the first time. This is not one isolated encounter. Over the years this is the norm with this bank. Folks need to know this is how they are treating folks. One shouldn't have to go home in tears from dealing with outright disgustingly rude employees who think they can say or do whatever they feel or want to you because they're the ones behind the computer. This is being logged and made public. Either fix these issues and behaviors or necessary parties will be involved.

  Well, make that 9 recent visits where I experienced nothing but rude, very openly discriminative, judgemental, unhelpful and outright rotten employees with this pathetic company. I feel sorry for anyone that banks here. Leave this bank! They literally don't give a speck of care for their members as we're treated literally only as a dollar stock to them. Thankfully there's options that are far better than this. I mean the bar is already set so low to begin with. I can't stress enough how rude and awful these "employees" are. This is pathetic. It's 2022 folks, you can't treat people like that!... It is logged, noted, and forwarded to the appropriate parties.
