I got a trainee teller. She was young and very inexperienced. She gave me the correct amount of money withdrawl, but didn't count it out. I changed beneficiaries on one of my accounts and the paperwork was riddled with errors. She couldn't spell. I also got a trainee when I wanted to cash out my mature CD. She didn't make errors, but I sat with her for over 30 minutes for a simple transactions. This is NOT my favorite branch.
