We have been trying to get our house refinanced with Keesler because they had the lowest rate. However, the process has been a nightmare. We're on our third loan officer as the previous two have stopped replying to emails and calls. We were supposed to close on the refinance weeks ago. That day came and went without word. We reached out and were finally told that we would have to complete some renovations on our house. However, we were also told not to take money out of the loan account to make those renovations to our house because it could impact our credit. This process has taken four months! If they would have told us the refinance was dependent upon those renovations, we would never have gone this far. They charged us $500 for the inspection just to stall now. Unimpressed is an understatement.
