      Scheduled an appointment to pick up past 2 yrs of statements. Arrived and nothing was ready. 30 minutes later still only had half the paperwork. Told will receive the rest in a few more days. Days? Why did I schedule and make an appointment. I was told they would be ready. Very disappointed.
