      Great experience! I've was working with multiple lender for 6 months giving the go around. Then I found Kell Capital and they closed the refinance on my property with in the month. It was very strait forward and no waste of time. what they said they'll do, was getting done. Thank you Patrick Kell let get started on the next project soon.
