      David Sabban is a fabulous Realtor. He has a very competent staff. They offered to make repairs on the house and I was able to pay for the repairs at closing. The work the contractors did, made all the difference in the speed and increased sale price of my home. David made the transaction seamless! I accepted 10% over the asking price and was under contract within 4 days. The increase of my asking price more than made up for what I paid to have the work done in my condo! Thank you David and Courtney. You guys are the best!

      Alex Black used all the possible methods to convince a first time seller in a scary market. That it was 90's construction (the worst in his opinion), that it had no land (a town house) and that there must be a bettwr investment, despite seller not wanting to leave Seattle). If you are looking for used car salesman, if you are looking for soneone desperate for sale and with his client interest last in mind, someone too lazy to.care, Alex is your man.
