      I have a home equity loan through them, big mistake. They added life insurance and some other type of insurance to my loan without telling me so I get charged an additional almost 50.00 a month. Now I call the branch yesterday ask some questions, they say oh I’ll talk to the loan manager and give you a call back. Haven’t received a call. But this isn’t the only issue I’ve had with this loan. My original loan advisor lied about skip a pay also. I wish I would have never taken this loan.

      The bank doesn't open until 9am but today my wife and I had an appointment elsewhere at 9am and needed the funds out of our account. We called the bank at 845am and the teller blessed us with the funds we needed before the bank opened by having us go through the drive through. We were super impressed because most banks wouldnt have even answered the phone let along assist you outside of normal business hours. Yet another reason I have been a member for the past 30 years!
