  Go to Marshall Credit Union. They are straight forward, explain everything, and are honest about their mistakes (on the rare occasion there is one). KCCU is the bank I switched to after moving back home from Big Rapids and so far has been the biggest mistake. I have had this bank for about 3 or 4 months. I am on the phone with them almost every week because of an issue. Anytime you speak to someone at the bank they never document it in your file so you have to document it all yourself to get help or they rob you. Even if you opt out of courtesy pay you will still get charged a courtesy pay fee and they won’t refund it. No one will tell you the same thing. If you are a college student and/or your hard earned money is precious to you definitely go to Marshall Credit Union. I have been so disappointed with this bank. I was told by 5 people they just try to rob you and I feel it to be true. You can’t believe what anyone tells you. It is a mess. They tried to say the last time I spoke with their bank was in October but it was just last Saturday. Save your money and go to Marshall Credit Union they have the same accounts.

  Best customer orientation! The staff is very courteous and helpful; their financial products very competitive plus offer the convenience of several locations in the area. Kali was excellent in addressing several financial needs reaching out to a variety of resources available to her. She made sure all questions were adequately answered.
