      I went into the branch regarding a transaction to a different bank at which time the customer service rep wasn't too eager to make a phone call nor was she too eager to fax a document pertaining to my account. I would never do business with this credit union again.....

      They have continually and inexplicably frozen my wife's savings and checking accounts. Not how a credit union should behave.
