  I've had my Car loan here for 4yrs now and needed to request a "SKIP PAYMENT" was good to go right away. Went in and paid the $40 fee charge only to find the fund were being withdrawn on my due date. I called them right away and I was advice they would speak to accounting department and get this turned around and they would call or email me right away and i have yet to hear back from anyone. This was 3 days before the withdrawn was taking place so enough time to reverse the transaction but still have not heard back I called back and told Kyle will call you back and nothing. Now my account was overdrafted and i have a $30 unsuffient funds fee. I will definitely look elsewhere to transfer my car loan.

  I had a small savings account here. My last statement showed that they deducted money from my account because I received a paper statement. I was never offered a choice, so I closed my account. In my world reputable businesses don't just take your money and tell you later.

  Kathie, I'm sorry you were not made aware of the paper statement fee when you opened your savings account. We do typically encourage our members to opt in to receive e-Statements, which of course are free and offer a faster way to see your statement information.

  Terrible auto loan process. The whole process has made no sense. Taking WAY too long with steps that make absolutely no sense. Will never choose this bank again for an auto loan.
