      My friend Lisa, Was the victim of a car accident about a month ago. The other policy holder admits fault and there insurance company has offered a low ball offer of $9.000. For the total distruction of her Lincoln MKX. Both insurance agencies have a lawful duty to make my friend whole. Kelly Brothers Needs to call the other Insurance agency and demand rightful compensation for there client! Accident happen on 02/08/22 everyday to current date should be $100.00 per day. Add in there low ball $9.000 and then add in $1.000 for the new tires. Now we have passed the $12.000 Mark. Keep adding $100.00 per day until she is made whole. Lincoln vehicle from a rental agency will be about $102 to 109 per day. My friend is not required to rent the cheapest car. She is entitled to rent a car comparable to hers. She has rejected the $9.000 offer. If Kelly Brothers cannot protect there client. Why would anyone want to use an agency that Dose not represent there neighbors and friends?
