  WOW, what a wonderful CREDIT UNION. From start to finish. Elizabeth in the home loan department was VERY knowledgeable about all the amazing options available to us. Elizabeth was not only knowledgeable but was very helpful with car loans and interest rates. Elizabeth made us feel like family and was VERY professional. We will be Gladly using thier services.

  Was told something different when I set up the account. Then I deposit a small check in there to to find out that u have to hold a certain amount in there to keep the account open. I asked about monthly fees, start up fees and a certain amount to keep the account opened. All I was told was I have no overdraft fees and that it will cost a certain amount a month.

  We're sorry that you had a bad experience with Kelly Community. All new members are provided documentation and disclosures regarding the accounts they open at the time of account opening and provided with a fee schedule for all of our accounts and services. We are required by federal regulations to provide this information to all members of the credit union, as are all other banks and credit unions.
