She gave us the run around for months. Every time I called they said our stuff was "right in front of them" or they'd "have it done by Friday" or were "working on it now." MONTHS later we picked up our tax returns, payed $1050, and had to pay to take them somewhere else to have them REdone because they did the tax table wrong. They showed we owed more than $7k taxes in one year and it was only supposed to be $3200! I can't wait to see how much we save on the one we supposedly owe $15k on after it's done again correctly! Maybe she's good for simple taxes..? But we defiantly won't be using them again. 6 months to get our stuff done? Ridiculous!
