      This bank is terrible for getting a home loan! The staff are rude and do not know what they are doing! If you are planning on buying a house I recommend going somewhere else if you want to keep your sanity! If I could have given them 0 stars I would have! Very very disappointed!

      The staff is always nice just not able to count money accurately corporate in Columbus is the worst they're liars and crooks are many occasion's I had issues in had to deal with corporate there is absolutely no advantage to doing your banking at a credit Union at least not this credit Union I had this credit Union for over 10 years and struggled day today and felt stuck there because of my loans I have now dropped this credit Union and move to Wright Patt in couldn't be any happier
