  No way to turn off debit card online when obvious fraud has occurred. Service agents are rude and unhelpful. Fraud department is non-existent. Go with free checking at your local bank branch, not this mom and pop operation.

  Hi Amy, sorry to here about your issue. We do offer an app, CardValet, that allows you to manage your KEMBA debit card including turning it on/ off.   I had applied for an auto loan and a representative named Alexandra called me she was rude from the start. I asked her to hold on the o get the address of my employer she was on hold about two minutes and hung up on me when I asked why she lied and said she was on hold 8 minutes which doesn't make sense why should would lie like I wouldn't know how long I had her on hold. Then proceeded to cut me off and said do you wanna finish the application or not. I asked if it was acceptable for her to speak to customers that way she of course had no answer and continued to be rude and dismissive. I refuse to do business with a bank that allows this type of behavior. She also claimed to be a manager which if she is says a lot about a company and whether they value their members. I will be closing my account.
