      At one time, I had a car loan with Kemba Credit Union in Blue Ash, then started an HSA with them. YES, I WOULD recommend them. Kemba may be hard to find, but as long as you can find the Kroger building, you CAN find Kemba. Kemba has their own entrance, unlike in the very beginning when I started with them.

      Worst credit union for not being able to answer their phones. I’ve been dealing with a refund issue for over a month and a half and not only do I keep being pushed onto Departments that won’t/can’t help me but it takes 30-40 each time I call in to reach a live person. This is unacceptable.
