      Love this Credit Union so much I started an account for my son, so he can have the benefits of their services. I always go to the Hilliard branch, kinda partial to the employees there. Sometimes there is a wait, but you have to understand this is a business, with employees who need breaks and lunches, just as you do. So a little wait for superior service, is what keeps me a member

      My wife and I have been members for 30+ years and the customer service has not been good. My debit card has been stolen too many times to count--not thier fault. Thier urgency to make the situation better is always poor. Interestingly enough on several occasions when my account info was stolen the thief used my information at a convienience store right down the street from the main office...hmmmmmmm????? The fraud detection department is a joke---they will call us making the simplest of purchases in a area we live where we have frequented before but suspect someone making thousands of dollars in purchases from Apple and Discount.com. Its time to find a bank or credit union that values us as customers and actually cares.

      A previously retired CEO had the job due to his father also being a CEO at KEMBA. He had the personality of a turnip. Employees outside of the clique were dumped on more than the bottom layer of a landfill. KEMBA operated as a big bank with an illusion of being a credit union. Scrap the non profit status and tax them.
