      This place has been nothing but good to me since I became a member. I must say I am please with the patience as well as the courtesy given when dealing with me during this difficult time I am facing. The agents in loss prevention as well as the account managers who has been assisting me as well are amazing and I didn’t want to let that go un noticed.Thank you all for all that you do and continue the great customer service!

      Customer service is extremely unhelpful. They changed on-line banking system and required all members to create a new account. Unfortunately, you cannot create a new account without your member ID. They subcontract overflow calls and were extremely unhelpful with gaining access. They basically said sorry about your luck, go into the bank to get help.

      Tired tired Why is Kemba like this? There is something very clearly wrong with your ACH system whenever a payment date change is effected because it charged me twice. Now I’m being charged an overdraft fee with my other institution because of Kemba’s incompetence. This has has opened to me a third time in the 3 years I have been with Kemba. And why do I have to take the hit of $34?! And now your agent says it is not your error. Then whose error is it?
