      I had Ken for several years , but now I’m changing my policies to someone new , never calls you back , you call them and they have excuses for everything . My brother was recently in a wreck , his car sat on the road for 4 days waiting to be picked up , tow truck finally arrived , State Farm said they had set up to take it to garage , tow truck took us to garage , left us , then the car place told us State Farm never set up arrangemnts , stuck again , called never got a return phone call .

      Extremely careless, over the course of three years they’ve managed to let my insurance policy expire. Twice. Not so much as a call. Excuses abound. No responsibility taken. Very unprofessional, bad business. I would urge to get a quote with AAA Washington in Issaquah. They’re very easy to work with, friendly, and very helpful over the phone. Ask for Sandra.
