  I am a real estate agent in the Gallatin Valley who recommends Kendra as a lender. She knows what she is doing and prioritized the relationships with her clients. Her position at Stockman Bank allows her to be more creative in the ways to help my clients. A buyer might be thinking that a conventional loan would be what they need. But when meeting with Kendra it might be determined that a home equity line of credit might be the better option for a particular property. I also value that Kendra’s underwriters are in Montana and that she has a relationship with them. This alone can help keep a transaction on track to close on time instead of being delayed. Kendra has a lot to offer to someone who is purchasing real estate.

  I can highly recommend Kendra. She has been wonderful to work with for the entire mortgage process. Her patient and easygoing nature was a comfort for a total layperson that has never purchased a home before. Kendra is an expert in her trade and went out of her way to make sure she answered all of my questions fully and also made sure I understood all parts of the loan process as it progressed from beginning to close.
