      Drove 20 minutes to open an escrow account at your Sanford branch to be turned away( slight handicapped) for not having an appointment. Which is not written anyway on the sight. Plus other banks are open to walkins with a mask. I will be in soon to close all my accounts. Apparently Jordan was to busy. Very disappointed, Susan Hopping Fallo

      The branch is getting one star because of poor customer service. Because of COVID the branch changed hours and is no longer open on a Saturday morning. I work in Portland and home after 5 pm; thus, I am not able to do anything at this location at all.
