      These guys are charlatans, what is their game? They take your money to issue you a commitment letter (no one in the industry ever does that), and their commitment letter is a conditional commitment because they take a large NON-REFUNDABLE deposit until they have your property appraised and then they comeback with a ridiculously low appraisal and guess what if you don't like it you will lose your money. Only a fool will fall for their scam. Do not bother YOU WILL GET SCAMMED, no lending institution will ask you money for their due diligence and appraisal for a commercial property is no more than 5K in most cases lower. Research their name all the law suits and negative reviews on other sites expose their scam.

      Kennedy Funding has been in the lending business for 33 years, and in almost all cases, Kennedy hires a nationally recognized appraisal firm to determine the value of the real estate collateral on its behalf. In the event a borrower disputes the value as determined by a nationally recognized appraisal firm, the borrower may provide the names of a few MAI appraisers and Kennedy is obligated to lend based on the value as determined by said appraiser, or Kennedy refunds the entire paid portion of the commitment fee.
