  Recently bought a Laptop from here. These guys are a template for what a great pawnshop/business should be! And in my travels it's an almost impossibility to find! Really nice and helpful guys who without any BS, will leave you a satisfied customer. Great conversationalists to! Thank you

  Chatted with them through email about a product they had that I wanted to purchase, discussed with them I would be coming in to grab it this week (severe snow storms in the area prevented same day pick up, which was communicated) - last communication saying it was available for me was only a day prior! Thankfully I confirmed right in the morning before coming down because they sold it to someone else without informing me to save me the drive. The worst part of this was the lack of communication that the item had been sold after having discussed with them I would be picking it up. Its just rude and inconsiderate.

  I have been going to this pawn shop for many years now. Frank, John, and James are always working with me going out of their way to help me out. I have dealt with many pawn shops and what makes these guys stick out and be clearly different is the fact that they treat their customers like friends by small things like remembering your name. I highly recommend coming here due to the cheaper interest rates than other pawn shops around the area as well and overall would rate this pawn shop to be the best there is compared to Cash America and other family owned shops. Thank you Kent Jewelry & Loan for always being there for me and helping me out.
