      I'm very disappointed in my local bank. I really wanted to bank local. I feel like I was dismissed. I did not feel like I was important as customer. I was talked to like I was dumb. I was there and they closed the lobby at 4:01 so I couldn't even get back in to talk about the account. Small businesses stay in business because they appreciate "the little people". I drove over an hour from work to get there on time to get this? Honestly this is what you might think a big bank might do.
