Kevin Quaid is extremely helpful and always has the customers best interests in mind. He is very patient and knows that folks don't get mortgages every day. Alan Dillon is the "BEST". I hadn't bought a home in 30 years and had been renting all that time. I inherited a bit of money which made it possible for me to purchase a home again. My realtor suggested that I work with Alan Dillon and the rest is history. Alan not only calmed me during my process of applying for a mortgage but when I became so confused by some of the forms and what they needed, he took over and filled them out for me. From that point, he reviewed each line of what he had done with me to make sure all was as it should be and to adjust any information as necessary. Alan encouraged questions as he wanted you as the client to be educated in what was happening. He was present during settlement and reviewed the contract and financing information as well to be sure that before I put my signature on any lines that he had reviewed and confirmed all was as it should be.
