      We got paired with Jody after we decided to purchase our first home in Maryland due to job relocation. At the time, we didn't know much about the home-buying process, areas to live in Maryland, or much of anything for that matter. Jody took us under her wing and made the process a breeze. She was always available to answer any questions and was extremely helpful in every way. With the volatility of the 2022 housing market, we were having trouble securing a home at first, but Jody assured us she'd be able to find us something. In no time we had an offer accepted thanks to Jody's skills and effort. After that, she continued with us through the process even after we closed on the house.       Absolutely seamless experience - I truly can't imagine selling my home without Jim's assistance! As soon as I knew I planned to sell, Jim worked with me to understand the process and timeline - months ahead of time. He went above and beyond throughout the entire selling process, and was flexible and understanding when I wanted to list later than originally planned. Jim kept me constantly updated about everything and responded to all of my questions quickly (and there were many!). We listed on a Monday, had dozens of showings, and accepted an offer by the weekend - can't ask for much more than that!
