  Jason was a great resource to us during the entire refinancing process. He was always available for questions and responded to our calls/emails/texts quickly. He walked us through each step and made sure it was a seamless process. We always knew where we were in the process and what our expected timeline was going to be.   Jason made the first time home buying experience so smooth. He always made us feel confident that we would make it from contract to close on time and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I always enjoy working with people that treat you like more than just a number for their business. Jason was down to earth and always willing to pick up the phone to listen to our long list of questions without ever seeming bothered.   Working with Jason was great! He did a great job explaining in detail the refinance process along with making me aware of any changes.
