      Key Bank on Holman Rd. Has thee Absolute Best Customer Service. Lucia, Alice Dustin, Ben, Michael, and Brianna are AMAZING. I drive all the way from Lake Stevens to do my Banking at this ESTABLISHMENT.I would give this Bank 10 Stars. If I could. I Love You Guys. Keep up the Good work. Best Regards Tom Smith

      Will take your money but wont let you take a leak. Typical ran Seattle business. Avoid this branch at all costs. I'm a long time customer. I made a deposit, asked to use the restroom as it was an emergency. I was told there were no public restroom. After asking two employees and was told there is one but to go ask the manager (how completely unprofessional) to whom finally waddled up dramatically without saying a word to possibly (?) let me use the restroom as I was walking out the door.. This is the lowest grade bank branch I have ever been into. 0 professionalism, 0 customer service, always extremely slow. Corporate needs to clean house asap.

      Very unprofessional. Whenever Northgate is closed for construction I drive to the nearest location..However now, id rather drive further to green lake or Aurora, so I don’t have to deal with the constant attitudes... Find another job if it’s so insufferable pulling out money from my account. 1 star is generous... 0 stars. Green lake, an Aurora much better
