      I don't know, the fact that the ladies that have waited on me are professional, and extremely nice is a big plus for me! New to Olean. Well, this is going to change. I had a new person. That's fine. She kept snapping at me. I thought I was being kind, etc. Im not going to go through her line. Ugh.

      Great staff!!! I am extremely happy with the services provided by this branch. Things get done fast and always with a smile. Bank employees are so kind, professional and skillful. The bank assistant manager is the person I deal with occasionally and she is fantastic! I would recommend this Bank 100%.
