  I recently transferred business and personal checking from Bank of America to Key Bank due to some of the worst banking customer service I've experienced in my life. The current business and personal account managers at Key Bank Devon, Zaffar and Sean have been doing a great job answering my questions and getting me squared away. Really glad I moved my accounts here!

  If I could give a 0 star review I would. From the branch manager (Michael Green) all the way down to his employees, this bank is the most poorly run establishment I've ever worked with. From a HELOC application taking 3 months to process to closing out a checking account, every step is an arduous task. Maybe it's just this branch, but I will never again do business with any KeyBank.

  This bank is terrible. They are never open, barely any locations in PA, I got a temparay debit card because mine got stolen I'm not getting my money back for 10 business days and my temparay debit card will not work. The second they give me my money back I'm switching banks. Sorry!! I feel bad but you need to know :(
