      I have a Key Bank Acct, and had a million questions on some of their products/offerings recently. I called the Oakmont Location and ended up talking to their Branch Manager, Lorrie. Nothing but good to say about that experience. A shining example of what Customer Service and Professionalism should look like.

      Had the worst experience with this bank call to get a problem fix first had me waiting for hours then I call back just to get laughed at wouldn't even recommend this bank to my worst enemy had me calling back and forth just to do nothing would never do busy with this bank again
