      Agree with previous review, Attica is a terrible branch. There is an important distinction between "Tammy " personally knowing someone because she has been there for years and the fact that someone she doesn't know has over $50K in accounts opened at the branch. With mobile banking, drive thru etc it is possible she may never have served him but THAT should not be the deciding factor to serve in the face of every kind of ID possible for both parties. Once my dad feels better we will be moving to another bank. Not just for this latest issue, but for repeats of similar problems.
