  These people do not care about your money at all. I called this branch, left a message clearly stating how upset I was with a transaction went through (at like 1p, aka during business hours), waited until the next day for a call back, never heard anything, then called again and they picked up right away. KeyBank as a whole is the worst bank imagineable. They will charge you an overdraft fee as soon as they possibly can. Most greedy and unforgiving bank in the states and this branch is a perfect example of that!

  Manager was completely unprofessional and I don’t trust any of the staff with my account. Will be switching banks as soon as possible.

  Called to ask a simple question about direct deposit lady that answered the phone was rude and patronizing to me to the point where I just hung up because she wasn’t helpful what so ever.
