  I called at 2:45 on Thursday May 19 2022. The banker Rizwan, whom I dealt with on May 17 2022. Literally, just hung up the phone on me. That’s disgraceful.

  So I went through the initial hiring process with James Hoch, who after my virtual interview with the branch manager, did not answer any of my emails thereafter. I was basically left waiting in limbo for over a month for a part-time position with no follow up. I reached out to James Hoch multiple times but to no avail. In that time I had multiple offers from multiple financial institutions, and was confused as to why a regular bank offering a part-time position was not able to conclude my interview process in a reasonable amount of time. The branch manager i interviewed with also had no information for me. No wonder why this bank is on the bottom of the list and it is also not a surprise that this location is equivalent to a corner store bodega in terms of service and revenue. I will forever encourage people to choose a different bank for personal and business finances, and for a career. Go to TD in Thorndale and work for Jamal, or Wells Fargo and work for Maria, but Keybank and James Hoch are not it.
