  I just got off the phone with the most incredibly rude representative I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. I wish I had this mans name, although, perhaps I don't - that is how disgusted I was with his condescending tone. I have never been made to feel so (for lack of better words) dumb in my entire life. Sir, it is 9:30am. If you are that miserable that early in the morning, you need a serious life change. Will never bring my business to this branch again.

  Associate was very rude on the phone she had an attitude the whole time and before I can even say anything when the conversation was done she hung up on me. So unprofessional
