Without any type of notice, my account was closed at this branch the day before Christmas Eve. I had to wait a week to get my paper checks from my job and now I must wait until I file my taxes for 2020 to update my account info with irs and recive further stimulus payments. Honestly don't understand why I couldn't have received a phone call or email even...

When calling it is difficult to reach a human. Customer service is very poor. Problems do not get resolved in the customers favor, and service fees for no reason are ridiculously implimented.
