  Terrible, how does it have a 2.9? That should be a 1.0. I’ve heard they’re customer service is bad and on top of that, they close at 4 P.M. on Wednesdays? So early for what? I think at most they should close at, is at 6, by far the most terrible bank :(

  Absolutely disgusted at their lack of customer service. Out of all of my years of banking, this bank has by far surpassed any other in terms of issues I’ve had with them. Not only are their tellers very rude and appear as if they do not want to help you, their management is also flawed. Opening an account with Key Bank has been one of my worst financial moves and I wish that I had done more research prior to opening an account here. Leatrice in particular was not delightful at all to deal with. I will definitely be closing my account soon and switching to Webster. Please take my warning to invest your money, time, and business elsewhere. 0/5 stars. Awful. Awful. Awful.
