I have banked at Wells Fargo, and cashmere valley and I'm so glad I bank with key. My personal accounts of Wells Fargo that left a long lasting impression was unfriendly and too many fees. My personal accounts of cashmere valley was I felt like they had there nose up in the air so far they couldn't see, big fish in a small pond mentality which is very off putting to me. But with key I feel like a truly valued client and that means a lot plus if I'm anywhere in western Washington I have no problem finding a ATM. This bank did gave me the impression that they were not at all interested in my business. I had an extensive wait for the personal banker only to have them leave before talking to me.i was bumped to the lead teller who did not give me any confidence that they knew how to talk to a customer. Not impressed at all with the professionalism at this branch.

Not pleasant people, not good with follow ups and just all seem miserable in there. They take forever to assist when in there too.
