  Paid a credit card off March of last year in the branch in Uniontown PA. Well apparently there's no update and the balance says still owed. I've called corporate. Been to the branch. It's looking like I'm going to pay it again. Keep your records and keep an eye on the account.

  Key Bank is the worst bank I've ever dealt with. I use this bank as a custodian account but when we put our hard earned money into the account we are only granted $300.00 a day max limit to be withdrawn. If you pay your bills through KeyBank it takes up to a week or longer before it actually comes out through some companies such as Harbor Freight for example. I have had nothing but issues with this bank. To many to list on here.

If you ever do need to take more than the $300 out of an ATM, there is an option to have your limit increased, you would just call us at 1-800-539-2968. As far as the bill pay taking long, that would depend on whether we send the payment electronically or an actual physical check. I'm happy to discuss these options with you if you'd like.
