      I needed to get to the bank one day and found that this bank was open till 6 pm on Thursday's. I talked to the manager that day and found him to be very knowledgeable and helpful. I am very glad to have found this branch. Thank you.

      I called with a question about my account. Some Female Manager treated me with such disrespect, I've never been spoken to as if I was a child, like that before. She was astonishingly rude, upon asking for clarification on something I was confused about, they just repeated a pre-scripted response, 4 times. Ignoring my confusion and concerns. I'll be transferring my account to another bank, Today.

      I’m not a big fan. I still need to write down everything and track every purchase due to their systems being slow. My account is never accurate over the weekend. I’ve had direct deposit hit and their not able to put the money into my account till noon because their system is down. I’ve been punished by them for overdraft. They in return held my paycheck for 5 days. Leaving me unable living to do anything such as put gas in my car. I wouldn’t recommend opening account with them.
