  My first contact with this branch was with Personal Banker Cecilio Miranda.Never pushy,never in a rush, he took the time to understand my personal needs and then Put into action a plan that fits me to a tee! Cecilio introduced me to banking services I never knew existed. His impeccable product knowledge and listening skills ,in my estimation, Puts him in a class of his own! So glad we met ...so excited to be a Key Bank Customer!

  The teller Persash can't count. Was depositing money in my daughter's account she counted the first time said $140 I shook my head no, she counted again $104 she said you have $104. I said yes that's correct. She counted again and said the same amount $104 she said I'll count it front front of you so you can see. She said see $104 okay. I said ok thanks. She gave me my receipt and I left. Felt awkward that she did that shouldn't you know how to count to be working in the bank?

  Really poor service. We wanted to open an account but after almost 45 minutes we left. We know enough about all the people that work there and their personal issues! Too bad they didn't spend more time on their customers and less time on personal chit chat.
