  Have had mixed experiences at this location but reading the most recent review where police were called for an attempt to open an account sounds Horrific!

  The branch manager Robert A. Hernandez MLO# 2175510 is an unprofessional, cowardly, Bigot. I walked in to this branch to open a business bank account and walked out Traumatize for attempting to be a active member of society. The bank manger told me I wouldn’t be able to open an account without an operating agreement(no problem, all other paperwork was ready and in hand) I come back with the operating agreement in addition to paperwork already accounted for in the same day and his tune changes. Now the reason for not being able to open an account is my business address. He goes on about how my business address Is located in nyc to far from his branch even tho I am the owner and my house is 15 mins from the bank. I file a claim with complaint dept. over the phone and the representative stats I can open a business bank account in any branch in the state of New York. I proceed with complaint and go back down to the branch with all paperwork (this is all in one day). Robert informs me that his branch is refusing my services and police are on there way shortly lol. Not one charged filed against me , not one fraud claim, fake id, false paper work. Yet he felt the need to call police. Key bank is an established financial institution I have always wanted to business with them. after today not sure if I can ever say the same. Is this how key bank trains they’re branch managers ? Is he a bad seed ? We need Answers!!!!!!!!!
