  I went to the bank on 10/14/20 after 1pm, so still lunch hour traffic, delays to be expected, fine. The line was pretty long, with only 1 teller. I got in line, but then got out to ask a lady in one of the cubicles if I needed to stand in line for my letter to them to be notarized, she said yes, at this time the only notary is the lone teller. I get back in line, after 15 minutes it’s finally my turn. The teller apologizes for the long delay as she did to everyone prior. I show her the letter I need notarized ( from Keybank) and she tells me that her notary stuff is at her desk, can I wait 5 minutes? She doesn’t give me a chance to answer, and just then the other lady came back from lunch ( so can relieve her!) I sat down waiting, over 5 minutes and left because I had a 1:30 appointment. I don’t understand why she couldn’t take a moment to get her supplies and notarize my document, that was my turn, my transaction time, just like everyone else in line. I waited a total of 20 minutes at this branch and left without accomplishing anything. Very disappointed, won’t be back to this location.
