It took 2 months to get a response to an email from the branch manager. When we originally spoke we discussed possible investment accounts. We were told to get paperwork. When I got the paperwork I notified the branch manager and didn't hear back. When I finally heard back she said she had been in the hospital. I tried to be understanding but it all seemed a little fishy. The 2 months later I got a response to an email. My husband was ready to switch everything we had to Key. Now we are going to stick with Huntington. Huntington is awesome! Drive past Key up to 665 and take your Money to Huntington.

I expect more than just average. Bank is limited to only what a computer allows regaurdless of circumstances. Have been disappointed on numerous occasions on how thing have been handled, managers change often.
